- Click "Hold / Suspend Sale": On the active cart panel, click the yellow Hold Cart button.
- Add Note / Reference: Enter customer name or cart number (e.g. "Customer forgot wallet") and confirm.
- Serve Next Customer: The POS cart resets immediately so the next waiting shopper can be billed without delay.
- Recall Held Cart: When the customer returns, click Held Carts (1) at the top bar and click Resume.
- Finish Checkout: All previously scanned items, quantities, and prices reappear instantly for payment.
