1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using BPS POS, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.
2. Service scope
BPS POS provides business management tools including point of sale, billing, inventory, purchase management, reporting, customer handling, and related features for merchants and businesses.
3. Account responsibility
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity performed through your account, staff access, and connected business profile.
- You must provide accurate registration and business information.
4. Acceptable use
- Use the platform only for lawful business purposes.
- Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operations, or upload harmful code.
- Do not use BPS POS to violate applicable tax, consumer, data protection, or commercial laws.
5. Plans, billing, and subscriptions
Access to some features may depend on your selected plan, branch limits, device limits, or subscription status. Paid plans, renewals, and billing conditions follow the pricing and package terms presented at the time of purchase.
6. Business data and backups
You retain responsibility for the legality, accuracy, and ownership of the business data you enter into BPS POS. We may store and sync your operational data to provide the service, including offline-first syncing and secure cloud access where available.
7. Third-party services and device features
Some app functions may rely on third-party services or device capabilities such as notifications, barcode scanning, Bluetooth printing, or cloud hosting. Availability may vary depending on your device, permissions, or third-party uptime.
8. Suspension or termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if required by law, or if there is misuse, fraud, security abuse, or unpaid service obligations. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion through the app or our website.
9. Limitation of liability
BPS POS is provided on an as-available basis. While we work to keep the service stable and secure, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability, and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential business losses to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Material updates will be reflected by changing the last updated date on this page.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the BPS POS mobile application (the “App”) provided by BPS Solution (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. License to use the App We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for your lawful business purposes and subject to these Terms and any applicable subscription or licensing agreement.
2. Accounts and security You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and the accounts of staff you create. You must provide accurate account and business information and keep it up to date.
3. Acceptable use You agree not to:
Use the App for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose. Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, except where permitted by law. Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or our servers. Use the App to store or transmit malicious code or to violate the rights of others.
4. Your data and content You retain ownership of all business data you enter into the App (products, customers, sales, finances, etc.). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and sync that data solely to provide the App’s services to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you enter, including any third-party personal data (such as your customers’ details), and for having the right to use it.
5. Offline use and synchronization The App is designed to work offline and to synchronize data with our server when connectivity is available. You acknowledge that sync depends on network availability and that temporary discrepancies may occur until a sync completes. You are responsible for maintaining your own additional backups of critical data where appropriate.
6. Subscriptions and licensing Certain features may require an active subscription or license. Fees, billing, and renewal terms (if any) will be communicated to you separately. We may suspend or limit access if a required license is invalid, expired, or unpaid.
7. Third-party services and devices The App integrates with third-party services (e.g. Google Firebase for notifications) and hardware (e.g. Bluetooth thermal printers). We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of such third-party services or devices.
8. Intellectual property The App, including its design, code, trademarks, and content (excluding your business data), is owned by BPS Solution and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
9. Disclaimer of warranties The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of data loss.
10. Limitation of liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, BPS Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BPS Solution from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
12. Termination We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time. Upon termination, the license granted to you ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.
13. Changes to these Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of [your country/state – replace before publishing, e.g. Pakistan], without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
