How to request account deletion
- Open the BPS POS app and go to Settings > Delete Account, then submit your deletion request.
- If you cannot access the app, send an email to support@bpspos.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request".
- Include your full name, registered email address, phone number, and business name for verification.
- Our support team will review the request, verify ownership, and confirm once deletion is completed.
What will be deleted
When your deletion request is completed, we will delete your BPS POS account, login access, personal profile details, business profile details, and other account-associated data from our active systems.
This includes your registered name, email address, phone number, business information, and other account details associated with your profile, unless retention is required by law.
What may be retained
Some limited data may be retained only when required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, chargeback, or dispute resolution purposes.
Examples may include invoices, subscription or payment records, and audit logs that we are required to keep for the applicable retention period.
Processing time
Most verified requests are completed within 7 business days.
